PYP Exhibition: The Graduation Presentation of Grade 4
Our Grade 4 students celebrated their IB PYP graduation with an exhibition themed "Sharing the Planet". We describe this process in which the student is the subject of the inquiry.
Our Grade 4 students celebrated their IB Primary Years Program (PYP) graduation with an Exhibition Presentation. Organised around the theme "Sharing the Planet", the exhibition was the product of an exciting process that students researched throughout the term and took ownership of as the subjects of their own learning.
What is the PYP Exhibition?
The PYP Exhibition is the culminating point of the Primary Years Program. Students research a topic of their choice in depth, turn what they have gathered into a presentation, and share their learning with the school community and with parents. This process is a moment of maturing in which the child displays not only knowledge but also research, collaboration, presentation and responsible-action skills.
In brief
