Rhythm Body with AR (Augmented Reality)

In the Rhythm Body with AR workshop, children joined in with their whole bodies as music and rhythm games were projected onto a screen using augmented reality (AR) technology. Moving along with the images on the screen, they experienced technology not as something to watch sitting down, but as a playground to move around in.
Bringing rhythm and movement together, this activity develops attention, coordination and body awareness at the same time. Keeping to the tempo of the music sharpens auditory attention, and making the right move at the right moment strengthens motor planning. For the 3–6 age group, though, the most important gain is the joy of moving and playing together.
We held the workshop on 11, 12 and 13 November 2025, during the mid-term break, at our Istanbul Bahçeşehir Campus, as three sessions from 11:30 to 12:30 each day. Participation was free.
